Happy Memorial Day weekend! Are you ready for the unofficial start of summer?
I spent a little time yesterday afternoon getting my ACM booth ready by putting together few Memorial Day Decorations. All of that red, white, and blue I’ve been hoarding in my garage is now on display.
We’re going to spend some time doing a little backyard barbecuing with our neighbors on Sunday, and then enjoy a day off of school on Monday. It’s easy for me to forget on these long weekends though the deeper meaning of Memorial Day . . . how generations of men and women have served and fought to keep our country safe and free. I am so thankful to have been born in the United States, and I consider it a great privilege to live and raise my children here.

Thanks Beverly :) We did have a nice weekend, a little rainy, but still nice.
